Check if your PC can be upgraded to Windows 11 

  • Check if your Windows 10 PC is eligible to upgrade for free to Windows 11 by selecting the Start button, then going to Settings > Update & Security > Windows Update.
  • If the Windows Update is not available, we’d be happy to help. We can confirm your computer’s eligibility based on the hardware age. As a rule of thumb, if the processor is a 7th generation or older, Windows 11 will not be supported on the computer.
